Just download and copyDownload the image, connect your nook to your computer. Copy the file to the "My Wallpapers" (I think that's what it's called) folder on your nook.
Sometimes you need to reboot the nook for it to recognize new images. That may be less of a problem with the new firmware, dunno.
Select the image from Settings -> Screen -> Wallpaper At least I think that's where it is. Don't have my nook in front of me.
